Yes. Patio covers and some commercial installs need permits, and many HOAs want to see the plans before anything is built. We prepare the drawings, submit the paperwork, and deal with the inspectors, it is part of the job, not an add-on. If your HOA has an architectural committee, we have been through that process many times and know what they want to see.

Retractable awnings and motorized power screens carry our 15-year warranty, frames, hardware, motors, and fabrics on the Quality Improvement Products line. Patio covers carry a 3-year installation warranty and a lifetime product warranty when built with Duralum.
