When to book your estimate.
Santa Ana season runs roughly fall through early spring, and that is when wind ratings matter most in the foothills. Book the estimate in late winter and you are shaded before the first heat wave; the install itself usually lands within weeks of your approval. If your block catches canyon gusts, we spec the wind sensor at the estimate so the motor does the worrying for you. Summer installs are absolutely doable, but the calendar fills fastest from March through June, so the early estimate gets you the pick of install dates.
