The AJ Shades Dealer Program

Warranty Registration

Every installed retractable awning and motorized power screen carries our 15-year factory warranty — frames, hardware, motors, and fabric systems. Register the unit below and it goes on file with our dealer team, so any future claim moves straight to priority parts instead of paperwork.

Step 1

Tell us about the installation: your company, the product, and where and when it went in.

Step 2

Answer a few market questions — optional, two minutes, and they make the dealer program smarter for everyone.

Step 3

The 15-year warranty is on file under your company name. A confirmation lands with your customer-facing records.

Two minutes of market intel (optional — makes the dealer program smarter)

These questions take under two minutes. The answers tell us who is buying, who we are beating, and what is closing the sale — so every dealer gets a sharper program.
